Making Group Reservations With Anthony Travel

The team manager or team travel coordinator can visit AnthonyTravel.com to find out which hotels are available for the tournament. Once the team has decided upon which hotel to stay, the team manager can reserve a block of rooms. Upon reservation of the rooms, a credit card will be needed to guarantee the rooms, and the team will be assigned a group reservation number. The team manager is responsible for ensuring that all the policies for the specific hotel are explained to the team. These policies are explained at the time of reservation, as well as listed at the bottom of the confirmation email received from Anthony Travel. The team will have a deadline to submit a rooming list with individual names and credit cards to reserve each room.
The rooming list can be provided two different ways:

2. Parents can visit AnthonyTravel.com, reference the reservation number provided for the team block and give their name and credit card to reserve a room within the team block. Please note: Any unclaimed rooms at the time of the rooming list deadline date will be automatically released back into inventory for resale to other teams.

Generally, rooms are held with a credit card guarantee. If a guest cancels their reservation after the date listed in the cancellation policy or does not check in at the hotel, then the credit card on file may be charged. If a specific hotel requires pre-payment, it will be stated in the payment policies.

Yes. Please note that the credit card on file at the hotel prior to check-in will be charged a penalty should reservation(s) not be harmed, if a guest does not check-in at the hotel, canceled after the cancellation date, etc.

The cancellation policy for each hotel and event varies. Each guest will receive these policies in writing on their confirmation email received from Anthony Travel. Anthony Travel is not able to guarantee the cancellation with no penalty after the respective drop date.

Anthony Travel is happy to accommodate different travel dates for guests. Anthony Travel can extend a guest’s stay depending on availability at the hotel. Anthony Travel will do their best to honor the negotiated tournament rate. A shorter stay may be available depending on the specfic hotel. Some hotels require a minimum-night stay. If the hotel has this requirement, it will be stated in the payment policy section online and in the reservation confirmation email from Anthony Travel. Please call Anthony Travel at 800-736-6377 to request alternate travel dates.

Although it is not guaranteed, every effort will be made by Anthony Travel and the hotel to block teams together according to the team name provided. Therefore, the team name, age group and gender is of utmost importance in the booking process.

Early departure policies vary by hotel. Anthony Travel understands the nature of your event and we do our best to negotiate the most flexible, convenient policies possible with the hotel. If the hotel requires an early departure penalty it will be stated on the confirmation email from Anthony Travel under the cancellation policies.

Rollaway beds cannot be guaranteed and are based on availability. Anthony Travel is happy to request this from the hotel. Please call Anthony Travel at 800-736-6377 to make the request. There is often a daily fee for the use of a rollaway bed.

Adjoining rooms cannot be guaranteed and are based on availability and layout of the hotel. Anthony Travel is happy to request this from the hotel. Please call Anthony Travel at 800-736-6377 to make the request.

Disney’s Magical Express®

Disney’s Magical Express® is a service that features complimentary guest shuttle and luggage delivery direct from Orlando International Airport to the guest’s Disney Resort hotel room – and back to the airport. This service is available for guests flying on all airlines serviced by the Orlando International Airport.

The complimentary service includes round-trip motor coach transportation and baggage handling between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World® Resort, as well as an expedited airline check-in process, Resort Airline Check-In. The Resort Airline Check-In service allows guests to check-in for their airline right at their Disney Resort. The Resort Airline Check-In service is available for domestic flights on AirTran, Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, US Airways and United.

Disney’s Magical Express® is a complimentary benefit offered to guests staying at select Disney Resort hotels.

Disney Resort hotels not serviced by Disney’s Magical Express® are: Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, Walt Disney World® Swan and Dolphin, Shades of Green and Downtown Disney Area Resorts. Disney’s Magical Express® is not available for guests arriving at other Central Florida airports.

Guests are not automatically signed up for Disney’s Magical Express® upon making a reservation at a Disney Resort hotel. After a reservation at a Disney Resort hotel has been made, you may sign up for Disney’s Magical Express® by contacting Anthony Travel or by clicking on the Disney’s Magical Express® link in the sidebar of the event you are attending. To ensure seamless service, please make the Disney’s Magical Express® reservation at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date.

When registering for Disney’s Magical Express®, please have available all flight information including the airline carrier(s), flight number(s), date(s) of arrival and departure flight(s) as well as the name of the Disney Resort hotel. If traveling in a group, each traveler will require a separate Disney’s Magical Express® reservation.

Yes. Disney’s Magical Express® will mail an Airport Transportation Booklet and one luggage tag per person to guest or group leader located in the United States or Canada. This is in response to the changes in airline travel. If traveling in a group, tags must be distributed to the individual group members. Please note: These tags are separate from the tags that the airline will attach to the luggage to indicate arrival destination.

If additional Disney’s Magical Express® luggage tags are needed, please call (866) 599-0951 to request additional tags be sent.

Before arrival in Orlando, if you signed up for Disney’s Magical Express® and you change your flight information; please contact Anthony Travel as soon as the new flight itinerary is available so that Anthony Travel may notify Disney’s Magical Express® of the itinerary change. If the flight is changed by the airline, Disney’s Magical Express® will automatically be notified of the change from the airline.

If your departure flight has changed, please refer to the instructions provided in the Resort Arrival Brochure that will be provided to you by the Disney Resort hotel front desk at check-in at the Disney Resort hotel. For additional assistance, please visit the Disney Resort hotel front desk.

No. You must make reservations for Disney’s Magical Express® prior to arrival in Orlando to use the service. We recommend submitting your flight information at least 30 days prior to arrival.
